About us

tweak. media is a media and events organisation serving purpose-led and mission driven property professionals, local government, investors, architects, housing specialists and designers working in placemaking and urban redevelopment.

We bring private and public-sector property professionals together to align their thinking, forge new partnerships and unpick what makes cities that thrive, places where people want to live, work, play and learn.

Our portfolio includes The Developer, a publication and podcast exploring the user experience of our cities through research and independent journalism, Festival of Place, our leading annual in-person summit and digital event series that brings local government, public and private-sector developers and design professionals together to challenge the status quo, network and learn. Our awards include The Pineapples for excellence in placemaking.

Our mission is to become the essential platform that breaks down built-environment silos, bringing private and public-sector property professionals and placemakers together to innovate, network and learn.
